Too often an art piece is finished and sold before you can get a photo of it. And even if you do, the photo is often too dark or out of focus to be usable for promotional purposes. I’m here to help you with all these things and more. With high-quality photos of your work, you have more opportunities available. I can create a portfolio showcasing your art, presented in a format that is easily accessible to prospective galleries and clients. Photo images can be used to make cards, postcards, and prints, so more people can have a chance to purchase your art. Digital images can be displayed on a website as a virtual brochure. One of the easiest ways of getting your artwork seen is to put it on the web. I will help you with these visual tools so you can attain new markets and opportunities. I also take photos of collectibles and personal items for selling on web auctions, or for insurance purposes. |

I use a high-quality digital camera that takes large photo images with sharp detail. My studio has a complete lighting setup to illuminate your artwork to its glowing best. With backdrops and staging I can shoot any sculpture or 3-dimensional object. I can also travel to your location to photograph your artwork or collectibles at your convenience. |
Computer Editing |
After the photographs are taken the real work begins. I use a powerful photo editing program to clean up the images. Light levels are finely tuned, the contrast is adjusted, and any imperfections in the photo or on the artwork can be fixed. I understand how to best size and crop your image for its intended use, whether for prints or the web. |
Finished Image Disk |
When the computer editing is finished and we know how the final images will be used, you will receive a CD that contains all the finished image files and special print files for printing, or loading to the web. I will help you with all the steps you need to get your images printed. |
Portfolio Package |
This $300 package includes: Finished Portfolio: One finished art portfolio in your hand, that you can take to prospective clients and art galleries to show them your work. Image Disk:
With all the print files you need to make more portfolios. Computer Editing: Photos cleaned up, cropped and made ready to print. Portfolio Pages: Original portfolio pages created just for you, with a title, your name, the size and materials information, a picture of your art, and your contact information. One cover page, one introduction page and 10 individual artwork pages of your best pieces. Portfolio Help: Help with compiling and arranging extra materials to include in your portfolio. Free Web Promotion: Your artwork featured on ArtfolioGallery.com with an exclusive introduction page and 10 artwork pages with contact information. Additional Portfolios: $20 each. |
Basic Image Package |
This $200 package includes: Photo Session: A personal photo shoot of 10 to 15 pieces of your original artwork. Computer Editing: Photos cleaned up, cropped and made ready to print. Web Auction Package |
This $60 package includes: Photo Session: A personal one-hour photo shoot of your auction items or collection, with detail shots and shots of different sides.
